From the planning, to the implementation, to the client service, and the high quality of the work produced, everything has gone well. Since day one, Michelle, our Project Manager, has been wonderful to work with and has always taken great care of us in anything we have asked for. And Peter did a fine job providing training to our staff. I know there were various others behind the scenes that did excellent work too. I felt that everyone has been very professional and courteous, even going beyond the call of duty to make sure that we got everything that we needed, even when our time-line was short and special accommodations were needed.
